Our $25,000 Home Makeover is now complete and we are excited for the final reveal! New Mastic vinyl siding, GAF roofing, Harvey replacement windows, and a beautifully painted front door have completed the transformation of this Fairhaven, MA home!
Goodbye Ugly, hello Gorgeous! The lucky winners were recipients of Mastic’s Carvedwood 44 vinyl siding – the existing siding (green asphalt shingles) definitely wasn’t winning this home any beauty pageants! (The owner’s little girl equated their home to the Ugly Duckling!) The home now boasts Mastic Carvedwoood 44 premium vinyl siding in English Wedgewood which replicates the look of natural painted cedar cl
apboards. The Pineapple Yellow front door puts the finishing touch on the home’s facade. We absolutely love it!
The roof on the main house was in great shape so we installed a GAF Lifetime Roofing System on the garage. The homeowners chose GAF’s Timberline roofing shingles in Pewter Gray to complement the existing roof on the main house.
Harvey Classic vinyl replacement windows were installed with a six over one grid pattern. These energy efficient windows tilt in for easy cleaning and are definitely our most popular replacement window here at Care Free Homes. We all have them in our own houses!
