Stephanie studied writing and communications at the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth. In addition to being our Marketing Manager, Steph is also an award-winning REALTOR® at BOLD Real Estate. This Care Free mama enjoys family time, workouts, reading, gardening, and volunteering in the community. 

Andrea has been the mainstay of our office for over 20 years. She studied accounting at Southeastern Massachusetts University and has years of experience in management and human resources. Andi has a huge heart for animals and has provided a Care Free home to dozens of rescued pets. She is happiest with her Yellow Labrador, Belle, and relaxing at the beach.

Bob is a great friend of the Pickup family and has been a lifelong resident of the SouthCoast. He holds a degree in Business Management and has decades of experience in residential and commercial real estate. This talented artist has a natural gift for sketching and painting and is most Care Free with family, relaxing at the beach, or playing a round of golf.

Josh was born and raised in New Bedford, graduated from New Bedford High School, and speaks fluent Portuguese! He’s done a lot of community work over the past decade and has an abundance of home improvement knowledge. Josh is most Care Free while hiking, playing soccer, searching for his golf ball in the woods, and enjoying adventures with his friends and girlfriend, Cassie.

Neil graduated from Greater New Bedford Regional Vocational Technical High School and has been swinging a hammer ever since! He specializes in carpentry and has been with us for over 15 years. Neil is most Care Free while paddling a canoe and enjoying a day of freshwater fishing with his wife.

Jeff is a graduate of the Greater New Bedford Regional Vocational High School and has been with us for 8 years. Customers love his slightly shy demeanor and excellent craftsmanship. Jeff is most Care Free while freshwater fishing and spending time outdoors.  

Jay began his carpentry career 16 years ago as an apprentice in his grandfather’s construction company where he specialized in framing and finished carpentry. This family guy has been with Care Free Homes, Inc. since 2021 and enjoys spending time with his wife and triplets, reading, and building furniture. He also enjoys playing guitar, writing songs and recording music.

Eddie is a graduate of Greater New Bedford Regional Voc-Tech High School. With a family full of carpenters, he spent most weekends as a teenager building alongside his cousins. He’s been working in the trade for over 25 years and has been part of the Care Free family since 2021. Eddie is happiest when traveling, cooking out, and camping with his fiancé Caitlynn and their two daughters. He’s also a huge animal lover with four cats, one pup, and a guinea pig named Oreo!
