The military is something very near and dear to our Care Free hearts. Nate Pickup, our company Vice President, is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and a veteran of the United States Army. The military is very much an extension of who we are as Americans and we are happy to carry our love of duty, honor, and country over to Care Free Homes. Here is a quick highlight of our military programs:
Military Discounts
Thank you for your selfless service! We offer military discounts for Active Duty, Reserve, National Guard service members and veterans. We proudly provide a military discount on all roofing, siding, and window projects. All you need to do is present your military ID or DD 214 form.
Roofs For Troops
Veterans and active duty military qualify for our $250 Roofs For Troops rebate when they install a GAF Lifetime Roofing System on their home. A great rebate combined with our GAF MasterElite Contractor status and GAF Consumer Protection Excellence Award Winner credentials will give our military customers peace of mind.
Homes for Our Troops
Part of the proceeds from every Mastic vinyl siding purchase are donated to Homes For Our Troops, a non-profit that builds and customizes homes for wounded warriors. As an active participant in the Red, White, and Home program, we have donated thousands of dollars to Homes For Our Troops as a Mastic Elite contractor.
Military Mondays
We are the title sponsor of WBSM and FUN 107’s Military Mondays during the month of November.
Members of the community can nominate their family, friends, and neighbors throughout the month as we honor and celebrate the selfless service of our SouthCoast veterans.
Our Heroes’ Tree
Every year, we donate art supplies to East Fairhaven Elementary School for their annual celebration of Our Heroes’ Tree. Each student crafts 
individual ornaments to honor local military heroes. Local veterans are invited into the school for a special assembly where the children sing patriotic songs, read poems, and share their patriotism with each of the honored guests.
